I am a PhD student at the University of Calgary, under supervision of Prof. Samira Ebrahimi Kahou. As an ELLIS student, I will spend a 6-month research exchange with Prof. Nils Jansen at the Ruhr University Bochum. My academic passion centers on reinforcement learning (RL), with my master’s thesis exploring multi-task RL approaches and my current research focusing on safe RL and explainability.
